A normal CAPTCHA should not tell you to press Windows + R, paste commands, or run software. If a CAPTCHA asks for device commands, stop.

Do this now

Close the suspicious page without following its command sequence.
If commands were already run or something downloaded, disconnect the affected computer from the internet.
Use a trusted security scan and another trusted device to change important passwords if compromise is possible.
Review the main email account and turn on strong MFA if it is not already protected.
